$16.4M Navy Aircraft Contract for GE Aviation

Congratulations to GE Aviation for winning the $16.4M contract for Navy Aircraft Radar Display Computer.

GE Aviation System was awarded by the Department of Defense a $16.4 million worth of contract to design, build and test 12 aircraft radar display computer.

The aircraft radar display computer will be used in the AV-8B aircraft in Clearwater, Fla., and Grand Rapids, Mich. It is expected to be completed in March of 2011.
